How it works:
- All appointments are self-pay (costs are shown for each option above). A credit card is required to schedule and a superbill can be provided on request.
- Genetic testing may be covered by insurance; options and costs for any testing will be discussed during the appointment.
- Clients must be physically located in the state of Wisconsin at the time of the appointment.
- All appointments are virtual and are video (Zoom) appointments by default. If desired, appointments can be done via telephone only.
- Genetic counseling provided by licensed, certified genetic counselor (Amy Donahue, CGC).
- Amy is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counselors and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin (additional state licenses may be pursued in the future).
